MSA/Baltimore City Public Schools Lyndhurst Elementary/Middle School Expansion and Renovation
Prepared 3-D exterior, eye-level, and aerial renderings as well as flyby animation for this $27.5 million school facility: a joint undertaking by the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) and Baltimore City Public Schools. The repurposing of the existing 1926 building included the addition of 90,000 sf of classrooms, administrative, activity, and community spaces. Coordinated his work closely with the design team using Revit BIM and 3D Studio Max to produce visualization materials.
NYCSCA Spring Creek Educational Campus
Produced 3-D renderings for a new LEED®-certified $73 million, four-story, 154,000-sf school in Brooklyn, NY, for the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA). The building houses 1,250 students from two intermediate/high schools and 100 special needs students. Architects used color, texture, and material to reduce the mass of the building. Worked with the lead designer to develop the renderings, which were used for design review and for community outreach efforts.
